Shannon started Horseshoe Creative in 2019 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the growing demand for clear, effective communication from health organizations. As misinformation spread and public trust wavered, she recognized the critical role of strategic messaging in keeping communities informed and engaged. With a deep background in public relations, crisis communications, and campaign development, Shannon built Horseshoe Creative to help health organizations, government agencies, and advocacy groups craft compelling, data-driven messaging and strategies that resonates with their diverse audience.

Based in Florida, Horseshoe Creative provides services to clients across the world. Shannon’s work spans national public health initiatives, suicide prevention efforts, harm reduction campaigns, and outreach for underserved communities, including, LGBTIQ+ populations, Spanish-speaking audiences, and individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. She has led media strategy for high-profile federal initiatives, developed crisis communication plans, and supported large-scale awareness campaigns that drive action.

 

Today, Horseshoe Creative remains committed to delivering clear, compelling, and trustworthy information—ensuring it reaches the right audiences to drive meaningful change.
